A system that aims at providing all personnel involved in the management, running and maintenance of the plant, with adequate operating capabilities in activities relating to safety, accident-prevention and environmental protection.

Personnel are trained and informed on continual improvement of the environmental performances of the processes and products. For Ceramica Globo, personnel training is a fundamental condition: a clean production reduces discard, waste, costs, and environmental impacts.
